This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge of PSP and was created using PSP version 9 however it may be created in other versions as well. Not intended for beginners!

This is a fairly simple and short tutorial

Lets Begin
1. Open new image 700x700, transparent. We will resize later. Flood fill with white
2. From the kit open p1, copy and paste as a new layer onto your tag image. Layers-new mask layer from image and choose your Kirsty07_MaskNewDec-7, Luminance and invert mask data checked. Layers merge group. Plugins-Adjust-Variations and click lighter 2 times.
3. From the kit open ele24, Copy and paste as a new layer onto your tag image. Resize 120%. Image-Adjust sharpen. Effects-Plugins-Variations-click more blue 2 times, more green 1 time, lighter 4 times. Apply your favorite drop shadow. Hilight your mask layer and open ele26, copy and past as a new layer onto your tag and arrange to the right side, duplicate image-mirror.
4. From the kit open ele48. Resize 80%-Adjust-sharpen, copy and paste as a new layer onto your tag image, arrange on the right side. Now with your freehand tool select around the bow part and then press your delete key. Apply your favorite drop shadow. Duplicate this layer, image-mirror, layers-merge-merge down.
5. From the kit open ele53, rotate right 90%, resize 80%, image-sharpen. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your tag and arrange on the bottom left of the wreath. Apply your favorite drop shadow, duplicate this layer then image-mirror, layers-merge-merge down. Image-canvas size and change the size to 750x750 clicking the top center button which will keep your tag image up on top and allow for more area on the bottom.
6. Hi light the very bottom (white layer), open ele32, DO NOT RESIZE, copy and paste as a new layer onto your tag image and arrange in the upper right of tag to your liking. Duplicate, image flip, image mirror and using your selection tool grab the duplicated element to the upper left corner. Layers-merge-merge down. Duplicate this layer, image flip, image mirror and arrange to liking on the bottom of tag.
7. Hi light the top layer. Open the tube of choice and resize as needed. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your tag image and arrange to liking. Apply your favorite drop shadow.
8. From the kit open ele42- Resize 70%-Sharpen. Plugins-Adjust Variations- click the original to clear any previous adjustments you have made. Now click on more red 1 time then click lighter 2 times. Copy and paste as a new layer onto the lower center of your tag image and apply your favorite drop shadow.
9. From the kit open ele41. Resize 60%-sharpen. Plugins-Adjust-Variations. Again click on original to clear the previous adjustment. Click Darker 2 times. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your tag image and arrange to the right of the center rose. Apply your favorite drop shadow. Duplicate this layer, image-mirror. At this time add any other elements of your liking giving each one your favorite drop shadow.
10. Add your copyright and your name and export as your favorite image format.
