This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge of PSP and was created using PSP version 9 however it may be created in other versions as well.
Tube used in this example is from artist ©Genniday Koufay which you must retain a license in order to use that can be purchased Here.
Materials Used
Scrap Kit by Aussie's Scraps called "Ja Jingle" Which is a paid kit and can be obtained from Aussie's Scrap Designs Here
Missy's Tag Template #69 Here
Peace Word Art Here

Let's Get Started
1. Open Missy's tag template #69, duplicate (Shift +D) and close the original. On the duplicated template, delete the copyright, frame and frame back (top 3) layers.
2. Highlight the circle layer-layers-arrange-bring to top.
3. open BG1 paper, resize 15%-copy. Highlight the thin rectangles 2 layer-selections-select all-selections-float-selections defloat. Paste the paper as a new layer. Selections-invert then hit your delete key. Now highlight your original thin rectangles 2 layer and delete it. Now Highlight raster layer 2 and add your favorite drop shadow.
4. Open BG5-resize 15%-copy. Highlight thin rectangles1 layer. Selections-select all-selections-float-selections-defloat. Pate the paper as a new layer. Selections-invert then hit your delete key. Now Highlight the original rectangles 1 layer and delete it. Now highlight raster layer 3 and add your favorite drop shadow.
5. Open BG2 paper, resize 15% copy. Highlight the circle layer-Selections-select all, selections-float, selections-defloat. Paste your paper as a new layer. Selections-invert and hit your delete key. Highlight the original circle layer and delete it. Highlight raster layer 4 and give it your favorite drop shadow.
6. Highlight your very top layer. Now open wreath 1 and resize it 55% and sharpen. Copy and back on your tag paste as a new layer and move it over the circle making sure the circle is covered and apply your favorite drop shadow.
7. Open the poinsettia flower. Resize 20% and sharpen, copy then back on your tag paste as a new layer and move it over to the top left of the tag. Image-rotate-free-15% to the left then add your favorite drop shadow.
8. Highlight the wreath layer and then open the mittens, resize 40% and sharpen, then copy and past as a new layer on your tag and move it under the poinsettia flower so they look as if they are hanging from the poinsettia. Apply your favorite drop shadow.
9. Open the Holly Jolly Christmas Snowman, resize 10% then resize again 40%-sharpen and copy and paste as a new layer on your tag and move it down to the left of the wreath. See my tag for placement then apply your favorite drop shadow.
10. Open the stocking, resize 40% and sharpen. Image rotate-free 15% to the right and move it to the right of your tag. See my tag for placement. Apply your favorite drop shadow.
11. Open the teddy bear gift, resize 30% and sharpen, Image rotate 15% to the right. Copy and paste as a new layer on your tag. Layers, arrange move down then move it to the right of your tag under the stocking. See my tag for placement then apply your favorite drop shadow.
12. Grab your free hand tool and select around any of the gift box that sticks out around the stocking and then delete (or you can use the eraser tool). It needs to look as if the bear is sticking out of the stocking without anything sticking out.
13. Highlight your poinsettia flower and duplicate this layer. Image-mirror and then move down and over to the right of your tag. See my tag for placement. No drop shadow is needed as the original already had one.
14. Open ornament 1, or one of choice, resize 10% and sharpen. Copy and paste as a new layer on your tag. Layers-arrange-move down and place under the poinsettia as if it is hanging from the poinsettia. Apply your favorite drop shadow.
15. Open the butterfly and resize 65% and sharpen. Copy and paste as a new layer on your tag. Image-rotate-free 15% to the left and place next to your stocking apply your favorite drop shadow. Duplicate, Image-mirror-flip and move it down near the bottom of the tag. See my tag for placement.
16. Open the peace word art resize 60% and sharpen, copy and paste onto your tag and move it to the top right side. See my tag for placement, Apply your favorite drop shadow.
17. Highlight the very top layer then open your tube that you are going to be using, duplicate and close the original. Resize the tube as needed. If using the same one I am resize 70%. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your tag. Place it where you want it then once happy duplicate this tube and move it down under the wreath layer.
18. Highlight your top tube layer and lower opacity to see wreath layer underneath. Grab your freehand tool and select around your tube so that it will look as if it is coming out of the wreath. Make sure nothing is sticking out under the wreath. Hit your delete key to remove what you selected. Restore the opacity to 100.
19. Now highlight the bottom tube. You will do the same here however you will not be selecting the same exact area as the top tube. Once you have everything the way you want it apply your favorite drop shadow to the bottom tube image ONLY.
20. Close all layers except the circle and rectangle layers (what made up the tag template). Merge visible, duplicate this layer. Highlight the bottom (original) template part then, Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-10. Effects-Plugins-Penta-Jeans accepting the default settings. Duplicate this layer. Image-mirror and lower the opacity to 30.
21. Unhide all layers except the bottom white layer. Layers-Merge-Visible.
22. Apply your copyright as well as your name and then export as your favorite image format and you are finished.
